Managing the installation process for WTG foundations from preliminary planning analysis through to completion on site, I was responsible for ensuring technical quality and safety of all processes. This included the load out, 5 foundations at a time, from a quayside within the fabrication area - see below video.

Implementing a campaign of proactive monitoring, reporting and interrogation of Contractor schedule, progress and subcontracted activities, I was able to ensure  that the key deliverables were procured, fabricated and delivered on time.

Throughout the project, I undertook internal audits and reviews within project organisation to maintain quality of technical documentation and plans. This included an extensive HAZID and subsequent risk avoidance campaign, altering the permanent works design to improve manual handling during construction and thereby minimise offshore working time.
